Chalk Hill Dam Information

Chalk Hill Dam is a concrete earth gravity dam located about 54 miles from Marinette, Menominee, Michigan.

The dam, which is on the Menominee River, was primarily built for Hydroelectric purposes, but also serves for Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by Holland Ackerman & Holland and commissioned in 1927 and is currently owned by Wisconsin Electric Power Company.
