Flat Lake Dam is an earth gravity dam located about 23 miles from Frazee, Becker, Minnesota.

The dam, which is on the Egg River, was primarily built for Fish and Wildlife Pond purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1941 and is currently owned by USFWS.
