Alamo Dam Information

Alamo Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Parker, Mohave, Arizona.

The dam, which is on the Bill Williams River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Fish and Wildlife Pond and Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by CESPL and commissioned in 1968 and is currently owned by USACE – Los Angeles District.
