Donnells Dam Information

Donnells Dam is a concrete arch dam located about 35 miles from Sonora, Tuolumne, California.

The dam, which is on the Middle Fork Stanislaus River, was primarily built for Hydroelectric purposes, but also serves for Flood Risk Reduction benefits.

The dam was designed by George E. Goodall Co. and commissioned in 1958 and is currently owned by South San Joaquin Irrigation District.
