Woodward Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 20 miles from Stockton, Stanislaus, California.

The dam, which is on the Simmons Creek River, was primarily built for Other purposes, but also serves for Irrigation, Hydroelectric and Water Supply benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1918 and is currently owned by South San Joaquin Irrigation District.
