Halligan Dam is an arch concrete dam located about 23 miles from Fort Collins, Larimer, Colorado.
The dam, which is on the N Fork Cache La Poudre River, was primarily built for Irrigation purposes, but also serves for benefits.
The dam was designed by W.B COLWELL JR, GN HOUSTON and commissioned in 1970 and is currently owned by CITY OF FORT COLLINS-WATER.
