Phosphoria P-5 Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Homeland, Polk, Florida.

The dam, which is on the Alafia River, was primarily built for Tailings purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES and commissioned in 1992 and is currently owned by THE MOSAIC COMPANY.
