Sfm3 Mosaic Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Fort Meade, Polk, Florida.

The dam, which is on the Peace River, was primarily built for Tailings purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by ARDAMAN & ASSOCIATES and commissioned in 1999 and is currently owned by THE MOSAIC COMPANY.
