Arrowrock Dam Information

Arrowrock Dam is a concrete arch gravity dam located about 20 miles from Boise, Boise, Idaho.

The dam, which is on the Boise River Snake River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Irrigation, Fish and Wildlife Pond, Recreation and Water Supply benefits.

The dam was designed by US Bureau of Reclamation and commissioned in 1915 and is currently owned by US Bureau of Reclamation.
