Leroy Hinkle Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 25 miles from Savanna, Carroll, Illinois.

The dam, which is on the East Fork Plum Creek River, was primarily built for Recreation purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by ROBERT KIMBALL ENGINEERS and commissioned in 1974 and is currently owned by LAKE CARROLL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION.
