Stephen A. Forbes State Park Lake Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 36 miles from Wayne City, Marion, Illinois.

The dam, which is on the Lost Fork Creek River, was primarily built for Recreation purposes, but also serves for Water Supply benefits.

The dam was designed by HANSON ENGINEERS & IDOC and commissioned in 1963 and is currently owned by ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
