Dd No 7-4 (Doll North) Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 68 miles from Burdett, Finney, Kansas.

The dam, which is on the Pawnee River-Tr, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by USDA NRCS and commissioned in 1974 and is currently owned by PAWNEE WJD NO 81 (REVISED).
