Upper Bayou Nezpique No 3 Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Pine Prairie, Evangeline, Louisiana.
The dam, which is on the Tr-Cypress Creek River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Fish and Wildlife Pond and Recreation benefits.
The dam was designed by USDA NRCS and commissioned in 1974 and is currently owned by EVANGELINE PARISH POLICE JURY.
