Gill Dam is a concrete gravity dam located about 1 miles from Turners Falls, Franklin, Massachusetts.

The dam, which is on the Connecticut River, was primarily built for Hydroelectric purposes, but also serves for Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1970 and is currently owned by FirstLight Power Services LLC.
