Lake Shirley Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

The dam, which is on the Catacoonamug Brook River, was primarily built for Recreation purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1857 and is currently owned by TOWN OF LUNENBERG, BOARD OF SELECTMEN.
