Little Kandiyohi Lake Dam is a gravity dam located about 15 miles from Cosmos, Kandiyohi, Minnesota.

The dam, which is on the Crow River South Fork, was primarily built for Recreation purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1941 and is currently owned by MNDNR.
