Talcot Lake Dam is a gravity earth dam located about 32 miles from Windom, Cottonwood, Minnesota.

The dam, which is on the Des Moines River, was primarily built for Fish and Wildlife Pond purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1941 and is currently owned by MNDNR-Fisheries and Wildlife.
