Roanoke Rapids Dam is a gravity concrete dam located in Roanoke Rapids, Northampton, North Carolina.

The dam, which is on the Roanoke River, was primarily built for Hydroelectric purposes, but also serves for Fish and Wildlife Pond, Recreation and Water Supply benefits.

The dam was designed by STONE & WEBSTER and commissioned in 1955 and is currently owned by Virginia Electric and Power Company.
