Cottage Grove Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Cottage Grove, Lane, Oregon.

The dam, which is on the Coast Fork Willamette River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Irrigation, Navigation and Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by CENWP and commissioned in 1942 and is currently owned by USACE – Portland District.
