Crescent Lake Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 1 miles from Crescent Lake, Klamath, Oregon.

The dam, which is on the Crecent Lake River, was primarily built for Irrigation purposes, but also serves for Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by DOI BUREAU OF RECLAMATION and commissioned in 1956 and is currently owned by TUMALO IRRIGATION DISTRICT.
