Scoggins Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 8 miles from Forest Grove, Washington, Oregon.
The dam, which is on the Scoggins Creek River, was primarily built for Irrigation purposes, but also serves for Water Supply benefits.
The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1974 and is currently owned by US Bureau of Reclamation.
