Rose Valley Lake Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.

The dam, which is on the Mill Creek River, was primarily built for Recreation purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1972 and is currently owned by PA FISH & BOAT COMMISSION.
