Cerrillos Dam is a rockfill dam located about 4.5 miles from Ponce, Ponce, Puerto Rico.
The dam, which is on the Cerrillos River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Recreation and Water Supply benefits.
The dam was designed by CORPS OF ENGINEERS, JACKSONVILLE DISTRICT and commissioned in 1992 and is currently owned by NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEPT..
