The dam was designed by MCGILL-GROGAN AND ASSOCIATES and commissioned in 1987 and is currently owned by LAURENS COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT;LAURENS COUNTY WATER AND SEWER COMMISSION.
