Pin Oak Dam Information

Pin Oak Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 4 miles from Chesterfield, Henderson, Tennessee.

The dam, which is on the Browns Creek River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by TVA and commissioned in 1964 and is currently owned by TVA.
