Elm Creek Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 16 miles from Ballinger, Runnels, Texas.

The dam, which is on the Elm Creek River, was primarily built for Water Supply purposes, but also serves for Recreation benefits.

The dam was designed by HDR;HDR and commissioned in 1983 and is currently owned by CITY OF WINTERS.
