Joe B Hogsett Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 3 miles from Trinidad, Henderson, Texas.

The dam, which is on the Cedar Creek River, was primarily built for Irrigation purposes, but also serves for Recreation and Water Supply benefits.

The dam was designed by FREESE AND NICHOLS AND ENDRESS and commissioned in 1966 and is currently owned by TARRANT REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT.
