Lake Arrowhead Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 10 miles from Henrietta, Clay, Texas.

The dam, which is on the Little Wichita River, was primarily built for Water Supply purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by HOMER A HUNTER and commissioned in 1966 and is currently owned by CITY OF WICHITA FALLS.
