O.C. Fisher Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in San Angelo, Tom Green, Texas.
The dam, which is on the Concho River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for Fish and Wildlife Pond, Recreation and Water Supply benefits.
The dam was designed by CESWF and commissioned in 1952 and is currently owned by USACE – Fort Worth District.

The reservoir has a normal storage capacity of 115,700 acre-ft (142,714 Ml) and maximum capacity of 766,000 acre-ft (944,846 Ml).
The surface area of the reservoir is 5,400 acres (2,185 ha) and the total catchment area is 1,511 square miles (3,913 square kilometres).

The dam has a 1150 feet (351 m) wide uncontrolled spillway with a maximum discharge capacity of 356200 cubic feet per second (10086 cubic metres per second).
