Red Bluff Dam Information

Red Bluff Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 55 miles from Pecos, Reeves, Texas.

The dam, which is on the Pecos River, was primarily built for Irrigation purposes, but also serves for Other benefits.

The dam was designed by HDR;VERNON L SULLIVAN and commissioned in 1936 and is currently owned by RED BLUFF WATER POWER CONTROL DISTRICT.
