Rockwall-Forney Dam is an earthen embankment dam located about 10 miles from Seagoville, Kaufman, Texas.

The dam, which is on the East Fork Trinity River, was primarily built for Water Supply purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by FORREST & COTTON INC;JONES & BOYD, INC and commissioned in 1969 and is currently owned by CITY OF DALLAS.
