Bath County P S Lower Reservoir – Lower Dam is an earth rockfill dam located about 8 miles from Mountain Grove, Bath, Virginia.

The dam, which is on the Back Creek River, was primarily built for Hydroelectric purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by HARZA ENGINEERING COMPANY and commissioned in 1984 and is currently owned by Virginia Electric and Power Company.
