South Fork No. 19 Dam is an earthen embankment dam located in Sugar Grove, Pendleton, West Virginia.

The dam, which is on the South Fork River, was primarily built for Flood Risk Reduction purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by USDA NRCS and commissioned in 1982 and is currently owned by POTOMAC VALLEY SCD.
