Upper Post Lake Dam is a gravity earth dam located about 1 miles from Pearson, Langlade, Wisconsin.

The dam, which is on the Wolf River, was primarily built for Recreation purposes, but also serves for benefits.

The dam was designed by and commissioned in 1932 and is currently owned by Post Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District.
